The service
YTPull is a web tool that lets you save a YouTube video, in one of the qualities the video offers, to your own device. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. “YouTube” is a trademark of Google LLC.
Your responsibility
Using YTPull does not give you any rights to the videos you download. You are responsible for making sure that downloading and using a video is allowed. In particular:
- Only download videos you own, videos whose owner has given you permission, or content you are otherwise legally allowed to copy, such as material released under a license that permits it.
- YouTube's own Terms of Service restrict downloading content unless YouTube offers a download option or you have permission from YouTube and, where applicable, the rights holder. It is your responsibility to follow the terms that apply to you.
- Respect copyright and the other laws that apply where you live.
- Don't redistribute, sell, or publish downloaded videos without the rights holder's permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use YTPull to infringe copyright or anyone else's rights;
- send automated or bulk requests, scrape the service, or try to get around its rate limits or other protections;
- try to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to attack other systems.
Access may be limited or blocked for anyone who misuses the service.
Availability
YTPull is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. It depends on YouTube, which can change or restrict access to videos at any time, so some videos or qualities may not work. The service has usage limits, such as a maximum file size and a limit on requests in a short period, and it may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, YTPull is provided without warranties of any kind, and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or of any content you download with it.
Copyright concerns
YTPull does not host or store videos. Files are fetched from YouTube when a visitor requests them and are not kept afterwards. Requests to remove a video from YouTube itself must be made to YouTube.
Privacy
How YTPull handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use YTPull after a change means you accept the updated terms.
